Focus On What Matters

The goal of Centaur Strength is to develop and bring forth the true strengths and capabilities in lifters that are often never achieved because of poor form, programming, and/or lack of consistency.

What To Expect

The first step is to help us get to know you. The first consultation is free and lasts about 30 minutes. During this free consultation general information is discussed, areas of interest, and goals of the lifter are stated. Then, the coach will provide a recommendation for the best service for the lifter's needs.

Custom Coaching Packages

The price of the program and training sessions depends on the length of the program and the number of weekly sessions with the coach. Each package includes a free 30-minute consultation with a coach that will go over your needs, your goals, and figure out what kind of equipment you have access to. We also want to know how many days a week you want to train, and if you have upcoming events that you need to be ready by.

4 Weeks

  • 30-minute consultation with a strength coach
  • 4 weeks of programmed training
  • 3 to 6 days a week of custom training
  • Emphasis on the Strength Peak

8 Weeks

  • 30-minute consultation with a strength coach
  • 8 weeks of programmed training
  • 3 to 6 days a week of custom training
  • Emphasis on Strength and Strength Peak

12 Weeks

  • 30-minute consultation with a strength coach
  • 12 weeks of programmed training
  • 3 to 6 days a week of custom training
  • Emphasis on Hypertrophy, Strength and Strength Peak
